1 Timothy 6:17 poses an important heart-check question: Are you set on the uncertain, or are you securing your hope in the unshakable God?

Christ was faithful to leave His Spirit with us, though we often overlook His role in our lives. He didn't forget the Spirit; neither can we.

Christ has already paid it all and laid it all down. When we turn to other people and things, we are sure to be snatched and scattered.
