1 Chronicles 29: David leads Israel in generous worship and joyful giving as he entrusts the kingdom to Solomon and praises God’s sovereign goodness. 2 Peter 3: Peter assures believers that the Lord is patient in delaying judgment and calls them to live holy, expectant lives until Christ returns. Micah 6: God confronts His people’s empty religion and calls them to genuine faith expressed through justice, mercy, and humility. Psalm 107: The psalmist praises God for His steadfast love as He rescues people from distress, restores them, and satisfies all who cry out to Him.
