Acts 8: Persecution scatters the church as Philip preaches in Samaria, confronts Simon the sorcerer, and leads an Ethiopian official to faith and baptism. Jeremiah 17: God condemns Judah’s deep sin, contrasts trust in man with trust in Him, and calls for Sabbath obedience as a mark of covenant faithfulness. Mark 3: Jesus heals on the Sabbath, appoints the twelve apostles, refutes accusations of demonic power, and defines His true family as those who do God's will.

Jeremiah 16: God tells Jeremiah to live as a sign of coming judgment and promises future restoration after exile. Mark 2: Jesus forgives sins, heals a paralytic, calls Levi, challenges religious norms, and declares His authority over the Sabbath.

Jeremiah 14: A devastating drought leads to national mourning, but God rejects false prophets and refuses to accept Judah’s shallow repentance. Matthew 28: Jesus rises from the dead, appears to the women and disciples, and commissions them to make disciples of all nations.

Matthew 26: Jesus is anointed for burial, shares the Last Supper, prays in Gethsemane, is betrayed, arrested, falsely tried, and denied by Peter—all in fulfillment of Scripture.
