Generations on Mission: How Families Are Impacting Communities Together
At our church, we’re passionate about sparking a disciple-making movement in Middle Tennessee and beyond. This year, we’ve had the joy of partnering with families to include their children in this mission. We firmly believe that the gospel is central to our lives, and that “Gospel First and Always” has no age limit (1 Timothy 4:12).
In 2024, our church took family mission journeys to Las Vegas, Utah, and Montana, and we’re looking forward to taking more journeys in the upcoming year. View all upcoming mission journeys here.
During these trips, our families engaged with local church plants, ministered to families in need, and taught their children how to be the hands and feet of Jesus. Missions isn’t just for “grown-ups,” through these journeys we have been able to show our kids what it looks like to take the gospel to the ends of the earth.
It has been a blessing for families to share the gospel together, demonstrating by example how to get involved and serve. Parents have been thrilled to see their children embrace the joy of loving others and develop a genuine desire to help those in need for the sake of the Gospel.
Are you ready to join us for our next family mission journey in 2025? We have some exciting mission journeys lined up for next year and we’d love to see your family there.
