At Brentwood Baptist, every role helps engage the whole person with the whole gospel of Jesus Christ anywhere, anytime, with anybody.
Whether you serve on a campus, in central support, in childcare, or behind the scenes, your work supports disciple-making, care for people, and gospel impact across Middle Tennessee and beyond.
Brentwood Baptist Church exists to engage the whole person with the whole gospel of Jesus Christ anywhere, anytime, with anybody.
That mission shapes every ministry, campus, and role. As a multisite, multicultural church, we share a common DNA while serving each community uniquely—so when you work here, you’re part of advancing a disciple-making movement in Middle Tennessee and beyond.

We believe God has called Brentwood Baptist to fuel a movement that will:
This vision influences how we hire, lead, collaborate, and support one another as a staff. We’re looking for people who want to serve with humility, excellence, conviction, and joy as part of a church committed to long-term kingdom impact.
Jesus is at the center of who we are and what we do.
We believe God creates each person with purpose, and we want our staff to serve from their gifts, calling, and God-given design.
We pursue thoughtful, creative ministry that helps us reach people effectively.
We want to reflect God’s heart for every people and every community we serve.
We invest in disciples, leaders, and churches that multiply for the sake of the gospel.
At Brentwood Baptist, every employee is a valued part of our ministry team. We aim to grow spiritually, work with integrity, and serve with excellence in a culture of trust and shared purpose.
We’re looking for people of both competency and character—those who do excellent work, live with biblical integrity, and contribute positively to the team. As one church across multiple campuses, every role helps people find and follow Jesus.
