The Associate Connection Minister is responsible to the church, under the direction of Connection Minister for planning, casting vision, implementing, evaluating, and recruiting for a comprehensive Guest Service ministry on the Brentwood Campus. This position manages a large team that includes both part-time employees and volunteer leaders in this multi-faceted ministry. The Associate Connection Minister represents these ministries as part of the Connection Team.
The Communications Assistant is responsible to the church, under the direction of the Communications Minister (with a dotted line reporting relationship to the Promotions Director, the Creative Director, and the Editorial Manager) for serving as a single point of contact with (and for) the Communications Ministry with respect to the receiving and processing of requests for services from the Communications Ministry. Also for managing the placement of the project and its respective tasks into the project management system. Additionally, serves as primary overseer of print shop operations and performs basic Administrative Assistant duties for the Communications Minister and for the department.

The Brentwood, Children’s Minister-Groups and Leadership is responsible to the church, under the direction of the lead Children’s Minister for overseeing various ministries for children Grades 1-5 and their families. The role is designed to fit within an overall discipleship ministry vision of the spiritual development of leaders, children and their parents. The primary focuses of this Associate position are Children’s LIFE Groups, Impact and Vacation Bible School.
The Chinese Minister is responsible to the church, under the direction of the Multiplication Minister, for engaging and discipling the growing number of Chinese people in the Middle Tennessee region. This Minister will speak Mandarin Chinese as well as English and will oversee, develop, catalyze, and equip for our disciple-making efforts across Middle TN among Chinese. As a BBC staff member, the Chinese Minister will work with other ministry staff to fulfill BBC’s mission and vision in accordance to BBC’s strategies and plans. This will be a part-time role (20 to 25 hours a week).
The Church Multiplication Assistant shall be responsible to the church, under the direction of the Church Multiplication Minister, for providing administrative support and assistance in all areas of Church Multiplication (church starts, church starting partners, church starting residents, campuses, and people-group congregations, and MTI Evangelism Strategy).
The part-time Connection Minister at The Church at Harpeth Heights is responsible to the church, under the direction of the Campus and Teaching Pastor for casting vision, planning, implementing and evaluating comprehensive assimilation and guest services ministries. The focus of this position is overseeing the membership assimilation process and the various guest services teams while being available to participate in the broader life of the congregation.
To keep pace with our Middle Tennessee Initiative, Brentwood Baptist Church is seeking to hire several part-time employees to join our Facilities team. We are looking for employees to work 10-20 hours per week servicing our south campus, The Church at Station Hill. Candidates must be self-starters who can take instruction and execute tasks with little or no supervision and lift 40 lbs. repeatedly. Weekends and evening availability a must. Brentwood Baptist Interns are part-time trainees that work with or without pay in a specific area of ministry in order to clarify calling, build confidence, and gain experience for secular employment or ministry based service.
The Lead Campus Pastor for the Brentwood Region is responsible to the church, under the direction of the Senior Executive Pastor for leading by providing spiritual leadership for the campus and its staff. The Campus Pastor works with staff and church leaders to align strategies and ministries to accomplish the overall vision of the church. The Campus Pastor is responsible to the church to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ, to teach the Biblical truth, effectively communicate the church’s vision and fervently pray for the church and its mission.
The Pre-School & Children’s Minister is responsible to the church, under the direction of the Discipleship Minister for developing a comprehensive, biblically-based ministry for children – birth through 8th grade. The role is designed to fit within the overall church vision for spiritual formation of our preschoolers, children, and youth that is biblical, comprehensive and consistent with an approach to equip parents to be the primary disciple-makers of their children.
The Brentwood, Preschool Minister is responsible to the church, under the direction of the Next Gen and Family Minister for overseeing all ministries from Birth through Kindergarten at Brentwood Baptist Church – Brentwood Campus. The role is designed to fit within the overall vision for ministry to parents and the spiritual formation of our preschoolers, children and students that is biblical, comprehensive, consistent and integrated. The Preschool Minister is responsible for leading the church in planning, conducting, and evaluating a comprehensive program for preschool children, their teachers and their families.
The Student Minister is responsible to the church under the leadership of the Campus and Teaching Pastor and the
Discipleship Minister for overseeing all ministries related to Student Ministry at The Church at West Franklin. The
position is designed to ensure spiritual formation of students, parents, and families that is biblical, consistent, and
comprehensive. The Student Minister must align the student ministries with the overall mission/vision of our church,
developing age-appropriate venues for connecting others to Christ through worship, service, and discipleship.
Brentwood Baptist Church is seeking Wedding Coordinators to be assigned to work with brides from the planning stages through the clean up at the end of the event. It will be the responsibility of the Wedding Coordinator to work with the bride to see to the details of her wedding rehearsal, ceremony and reception at the Church and be the liaison between the bride and the Church for communicating the details of facility set up.
