What to Expect
We want our hiring process to be clear, relational, and prayerful. Here’s what you can expect after you submit an application:

2. Initial review
If your experience and qualifications are a good fit, a member of our team will reach out for an initial phone or video conversation.
3. Conversations and interviews
You may meet with hiring leaders, future teammates, and HR to talk about the role, your experience, and how you sense God leading you.
4. References and screening
We’ll check reference checks, conduct background screening, and continue to pray and discern alongside you.
5. Offer and onboarding
If we move forward, we’ll present an offer, talk through benefits and next steps, and walk with you through a thoughtful onboarding process into your role and our church family.
