It’s the age-old question our world has tried time and time again to answer. Our attempts to reason and analyze this mystery have led us into greater revelations than ever before. And through the Scriptures, we discover more of God’s character and nature every single day. So here are a few words to reflect on if you are asking the question, “Who is God?”
God Is…
With one word, He spoke light into darkness. Full of magnitude and mystery, His gentle hands give the very life we breathe. His heart is good, and His love is sure. But can I really open up and trust? Is He close enough for me to touch? Will He hold my secrets near and hear the depth of my cry? Is grace all it takes to redeem what’s inside? From the heights of heaven, He saw me still and walked earth that I might know He’s real. The light He created was for me to hold, and His generous nature doesn’t withhold what I need. Oh, what peace He brings and the endless glory I will see.
