Scripture tells us that Christ gave certain leaders to the church to prepare believers for the work of the ministry (Ephesians 4:11-12). That’s why one of the primary tasks for our pastors and leaders is to equip God’s people for all He wants to do in and through His church.
Across our campuses, Brentwood Baptist is establishing an intentional process for developing leaders who can fulfill their God-given purpose. By reaching beyond our staff, we will build a culture of leader multiplication that will unleash the church to impact Middle Tennessee and beyond.
The following opportunities are part of our leadership pipeline: Ministry Residency, Internships, and TNT courses for lay leaders.
Ministry Residency
The Ministry Residency is a two-year ministry experience that equips and encourages leaders for vocational ministry and kingdom advancement.
Internships
One of our objectives as a church is to equip and empower a growing number of leaders. Internships is one of the strategies we use to accomplish that objective
TNT
TNT is a one year leadership development initiative that equips and encourages leaders for life, ministry, disciple making and kingdom advance.
