Wade Owens is the Campus & Teaching Pastor at The Church at Nolensville. He previously served as the Teaching and Missions Pastor at Sagemont Church in Houston, TX (2002-2017). Originally from the Houston, TX area, Wade attended Texas A&M University before receiving a Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Theology from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (2009) and a Masters of Divinity (Expository Preaching) from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (2016).
Wade loves to laugh, enjoy the outdoors, the art of crafting the perfect cup of coffee, and has a deep regard for college football, especially the Texas A&M aggies. Wade has been married to the love of his life Kim for twenty years, and they have three amazing children.
When he is not telling you how much he loves his family, Wade will tell you that Jesus Christ is his supreme passion and his daily pursuit is to glorify Him as a husband, father, pastor, and friend on mission with the Gospel.
