Statement of Faith: I believe that Jesus is the Son of God and died for my sins. I was baptized at twelve years of age in the Baptist Church that I had grown up in but didn’t fully understand what that meant until later in my adult life. My family and I joined Brentwood Baptist Church in early 1984. Over the years the church has had a tremendous influence on myself and my family. Both of our children were baptized here.

Statement of Faith: Although I grew up in a Christian home, attending church regularly, I came to Christ later in life at 30 at our dining room table. I am grateful to serve a God of second chances who never gives up on people. I seek to live my life in service to Him as an example of His saving grace which will serve to bring others to a saving relationship with Jesus. Luke 6:37-38 and Matt. 11:28-30 serve as foundational verses for my ministry and living out my faith.

Statement of Faith: At 8 years old, I accepted Christ as my Savior. In the years that followed, I was not always the Christ-follower that I wish I had been. Thankfully, the Lord chased me as far as I could run. Today, I can clearly see the ways he loved me, protected me, and drew me close to him. I believe that Jesus is the way, the truth and the life, and that through him and only him we are saved by grace through faith. I will spend the rest of my life chasing him, desperately grateful that he chased me.

Statement of Faith: My parents modeled the love of Christ in the way they treated each other and those around them. In the 6th grade, I accepted Jesus as my Savior and was baptized. Attending church was always a family priority and provided me a springboard to grow my faith and develop relationships with Christians who have mentored, encouraged, and held me accountable in my walk with Christ. I believe the Bible is God’s Word and Jesus is our Lord. I strive daily to demonstrate Christ’s love to others.

Statement of Faith: I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior at the age of 12. My parents instilled in me Christian values from the time I was born, and I am passing along that faith to my children. I am thankful that God loved us enough to provide a way for us to have eternal life through His son. I seek to serve Him daily and I am grateful for this opportunity.

Statement of Faith: I accepted Jesus as my Savior at age 11. I lived for “self” during high school and college years. Recommitted my life to Christ in early 20’s prior to marriage. I continued throughout my life to grow spiritually through daily time in Bible study and prayer. I’m Involved in shepherding and discipling others in the body of Christ with the ultimate desire to glorify Christ in all areas of my life.
