The Middle Tennessee Leadership Institute (MTLI) exists to identify, train, and deploy leaders.
These leaders include church planters, pastors, worship leaders, group leaders, and mission leaders—from local community efforts to international work.
Center for Christian Coaching
The Center for Christian Coaching provides leaders with training in coaching skills and competencies, and to help them engage in Christ-centered, empowering, and actionable conversations with those they lead.
EQUIP Seminary Partnership
The Middle Tennessee Leadership Institute (MTLI) partners with Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary (SEBTS) to offer accredited courses that meet the degree requirements for the Master of Arts in Christian Ministry (Mentored) (MACMm). These courses can be audited or taken for credit through SEBTS.
Ministry Residency
The Ministry Residency is a two-year ministry experience that equips leaders for vocational ministry and Kingdom advancement.

Internships
Brentwood Baptist Interns work part-time in a specific area of ministry in order to clarify calling, develop ministry competencies, serve a particular ministry, and gain experience for secular employment or ministry-based service.

TNT is a one-year leadership development initiative that equips and encourages leaders for life, ministry, disciple making, and kingdom advancement.
