Day 23 | He Who Promised is Faithful

Scripture: Hebrews 10:23-25

Devotional

Hebrews 10:23-25 encourages us to hold firmly to our faith and to stir one another up in love and good works. These verses remind us of the power of community and the importance of remaining steadfast in our beliefs, especially in challenging times.

“Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful.” This assurance calls us to anchor our trust in God’s promises, knowing He is unwavering in His faithfulness. We can remember how he provided in the past when hard days come.

The call to “not neglect meeting together” reminds us of our need for fellowship. It’s easy to isolate ourselves in our busy lives, but genuine connection with fellow believers fuels our faith and encourages us to live out our calling.

As we gather, let us encourage one another, sharing our burdens and celebrating our victories. Today, take some time to consider how you can be more intentional with your friends and neighbors and how you can be a source of encouragement to them in their daily lives.

A Personal Prayer

  • Take time to thank God for the community He has placed in your life, and if you are seeking community, ask Him to reveal those people to you. Pray for eyes to see those around you who need Gospel-centered relationships and for ways to invite them into meaningful fellowship.
